DEVREP 104 – Soldering, Microsoldering & Motherboard Repair

Students will:

Master advanced soldering techniques for board-level repair
Tools: Hot air rework stations, microscopes, precision soldering irons
Prerequisite: DEVREP 103 – Smartphone Diagnostics & Component Repair

Perform soldering and microsoldering on mobile and computing motherboards

Replace IC chips, charging ICs, and small electronic components

Analyze board schematics and troubleshoot short circuits
