NVIT Internal Resolution Procedure
While students have the right to contact TWC at any time, we encourage you to follow our internal three-step resolution process to ensure the fastest resolution:
Informal Resolution: We encourage students to first discuss the issue directly with their Instructor.
Formal Written Complaint: If the issue is not resolved, submit a written grievance to the School Director via email at s6776director@nvit.tech. You will receive a written response within five (5) business days.
External Review: If you remain dissatisfied with the school’s response, you may contact the Texas Workforce Commission as outlined in the official notice above.
