Course Overview
Objective:
This course introduces learners to the core concepts of cloud computing with a focus on three
major platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Students will gain
foundational knowledge of cloud services, architecture, security, storage, networking, and
serverless computing. Emphasis is placed on real-world application, best practices, and
certification readiness.
Preparation for Job Market & Entrepreneurship:
Graduates will be equipped for roles such as:
• Cloud Support Associate
• Cloud Operations Engineer (Entry-level)
• Junior Cloud Architect
• Technical Support Engineer (Cloud-based platforms)
• Solutions Architect (Associate)
Students will:
1. Understand the architecture, use cases, and pricing models of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
2. Learn how to provision compute, storage, database, and networking resources.
3. Explore Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud billing, and monitoring.
4. Build and deploy a basic serverless application using Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP
Functions.
5. Gain awareness of emerging tools like Copilot (Azure), Duet AI (GCP), and Bedrock (AWS
GenAI).
6. Get prepared for foundational certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure
Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
